The Gallop is intended for use by residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. We do not knowingly accept subscriptions from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.
The Gallop provides horse racing tips, form analysis, race previews and related content ("Tips Content"). Our Tips Content is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes.
The Gallop offers three subscription plans: Raceday (weekly), The Gallop Pro (monthly) and Paddock Pass (monthly). Full pricing is shown at thegallop.uk/#pricing.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details — these are held securely by Stripe.
Introductory pricing (where offered) applies to your first billing period only. After the introductory period, your subscription continues at the standard rate shown at the time of purchase. You will not be charged at a higher rate without prior notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date via your Stripe Customer Portal, accessible at the link in our website footer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no minimum notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to member content until that date.
We do not offer refunds on part-used billing periods except in the following circumstances:

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of tips, going reports, race information and other content we publish. However, horse racing is subject to last-minute changes including non-runners, going changes, jockey changes and race abandonments. We cannot guarantee that information published before racing begins will remain accurate at the time of the race.
Where material changes occur to our selections (non-runners, going changes), we will endeavour to notify subscribers by email and WhatsApp as promptly as possible. We cannot guarantee that such notifications will reach you before you place a bet.
The Gallop takes responsible gambling seriously. We strongly encourage all subscribers to:

If we believe a subscriber is gambling beyond their means or showing signs of problem gambling, we reserve the right to cancel their subscription and refund any unused portion.
All content published by The Gallop — including tips, race analysis, form guides, written commentary and website design — is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright.
Subscribers may use Tips Content for their own personal betting decisions only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share publicly or commercially exploit any Tips Content without our prior written consent. This includes sharing tips on social media, WhatsApp groups, forums or any other channel in a way that substitutes for a subscription to our service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Gallop shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Our total liability to you in connection with your subscription shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to The Gallop in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of The Gallop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
